Home of the food truck
Temple, Texas
Temple began in 1880 as a construction camp for the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad and was named for Bernard Moore Temple, the railroad’s chief civil engineer. In its rowdy early days, muddy streets earned it the nickname “Tanglefoot.”
Today Temple is the second-largest city in Bell County, with more than 82,000 residents. It’s home to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Temple College and the Temple Railroad and Heritage Museum, housed in the historic Santa Fe depot — a city that still runs on hard work and good food.
Sabor Auténtico de Puerto Rico
You’ll find the Boricua Delight truck at 1150 Canyon Creek Drive, cooking Friday through Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM. Everything on our menu — from chicharrones de pollo to flan de queso — is Puerto Rican comfort food, made to order with Sabor Auténtico de Puerto Rico.
Temple is highlighted. Distances are approximate straight-line miles.
10-mile delivery radius
We deliver up to 10 miles around the food truck, and most Temple addresses fall comfortably inside that range. Whether you’re heading home from a shift at the medical center or settling in for a family night, skip the drive and let the island come to you.
